Visa

All international participants and guests attending the 10th International Conference on International Law, will require a visa to enter India.

In order to apply for the E Conference Visa from the Ministry in India, the following information is required from all international delegates:

  1. Name of applicant
  2. Father's / Husband's name
  3. Date of Birth
  4. Country of Birth
  5. Nationality
  6. Passport number
  7. Date of issue of passport
  8. Place of issue of passport
  9. Date of Expiry of passport
  10. Address in country of residence
  11. Credentials/ Professional details
  12. CV - (Only required for Delegates from Japan, Mongolia and South Korea)

The 10th International Conference on International Law organizers will begin collecting the above information during the online registration. The time limit to provide the above information is 3 months prior to the conference dates. Participants will receive email notification about the information required from them.

Requirements for applying for an E Conference Visa:
  • Letter of Invitation from the Conference Organizer (this will be provided by the Secretariat to the participants)

Note: Kindly apply for the E Conference visa only once all 3 above documents are available. The documents will be available before couple of months prior to the conference dates
