Accommodation

• Room Rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast only per room per night basis exclusive of GST Taxes
• Room will be allotted on first come first serve basis
• Check in time is 1500 Hrs and check out time is 12 Noon
• 100% advance to be paid to initiate the booking – regarding cancellations, amount is refundable on receipt of cancellation request up to 60 days prior to conference dates after deducting bank charges
• Personal expenses such as Telephone calls, Food & beverages bills, in room service, spa, saloon , and use of minibar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check out.
